Training for Trainers Workshops

Performance Based Instructional Design
This workshop is designed to provide participants with the skills required to design a training program from the ground up.

  • Participants will apply a six-step model of instructional systems design that is based on job performance
  • Participants will develop performance based objectives, and design activities that will engage participants and ensure retention of the material

Interactive Training Techniques
This workshop is designed to help participants apply adult learning theories and techniques to ensure that learner’s are engaged, participating and retaining the material presented. Participants will:

  • Select and apply a variety of learner-centered methods and interactive techniques to successfully deliver any type of training to a range of audiences
  • Develop objectives, prepare a lesson plan, choose appropriate visual aids, manage problem participants, and get training off to a good start
  • Apply techniques presented in the workshop to their own content in practice sessions
