We are certified mentor coaches with in-depth training of the ICF Competencies and we help coaches attain their Master Certified Coach (MCC) accreditation. Trillium's coaches include faculty members of the Georgetown Leadership Coaching Certificate Program and each understands how to customize mentoring so that our clients successfully reach their coaching goals.

The Trillium Group's ICF Competency Tune-Up Workshop (February 27 - April 16, 2012) is an 8-week workshop for professional coaches to ground and enhance their coaching by exploring and practicing the 11 Core Competencies of the International Coach Federation (ICF). The workshop provides 19 CCEUs to participants and is approved for 7 mentor coach hours.
